A new service is now available to Greenup County for landline users. Residents that have a landline phone through Windstream, Time-Warner, or Armstrong cable can now call 311 for non-emergencies. This alleviates trying to remember the seven digit number for non-emergency or administrative calls.

For now, Windstream customers with an Ashland or Meads prefix will not be able to use 311 services. We are working with WIndstream and Boyd County officials to help resolve this issue.
